Greg Miller

Nearly 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Started as the GM for one club and worked with the owner to grow to nearly 30 locations. Went from GM of one club to VP/CFO of the large group of clubs. Owned 5 clubs of my own. Have consulted with over 30 locations in the last 4 years.

Eric Salemi

Over a decade of health club experience. Has run clubs for multiple owners and worked with multiple groups. Has been involved in the bodybuilding and fitness community.

Submission

Corrections

Our experience has showed us that most clubs are only getting about 60% of what they should be receiving from the visits that are occurring.

• We will utilize your existing billing software to pull all of the usage.

• We will check each participant to make certain that their info is correct before submitting to the various portals needed.

• We will correct any info that is needed and will research to add any necessary info that may be missing due to data entry errors at point of sale.

• We will ensure that you get paid for EVERY visit possible and that nothing slips through the cracks.

Communication

Our experience tells us that this market is VERY overlooked. Clubs are not communicating with this particular group of members.

• We will utilize phone and email to reach out and provide a friendly reminder that the member has free access to the facility and we encourage them to come back in.

• We operate as a liaison for the club and will coordinate with the locations to provide correct and accurate info to the member if they have questions or concerns.

• We also will work with social media directors to facilitate appropriate messages to be sent out to encourage more participation.

Increase

Payment Caps

• Because of our relationships with these programs, we are able to communicate with the right people to get things done.

• After 6-9 months, we usually can provide enough data and persuade the providers to either increase their pay per visit (from $2.50 to $3.00 or $3.50) or increase the number of visits they will pay for (from 10 to 12-15).

• These things can, over time, take a club from getting $25/month maximum to possibly getting up to $35-$40 per participant.

Summary:

We will take all of the work off of whoever is currently doing it. We will pull the data (if we are allowed access) or we will take the data that would normally be submitted by the club and we will “clean” it so that each submission is paid as it should be. We will also work to increase the overall usage, as well as work with the providers to increase the total amount they will pay.
